Another Healthy Tangerine Smoothie – Weight Loss
This is another metabolism boosting smoothie and it’s good!
Of course you can change any of the ingredients, but I really like it the way it is!
It’s been 2 1/2 weeks since I started this healthy eating weight loss journey. I weighed myself today, and I’ve lost 9 lbs. I’m really happy with that! If I keep this up, which I’m planning to, the weight will be off quicker than I had planned!
Exercising every day is pretty important, in my opinion. Some people do it every other day. I saw a few places that said to rest for a few seconds after each one, so I do that for about 10 seconds. Especially if it hurts. Which some really do.
If I get hungry between meals, I have fruit or my veggie chips. Once a day I have a protein bar. Eggs are good too for this.

This Tangerine Smoothie is metabolism boosting and it tastes good. Can't beat that! I hope you enjoy it like I do!
- 1 cup Almond milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tangerines, peeled and seeded
- ½ Banana
- 2 small/medium Carrots, cut into 2" pieces
- 1 teasp ground Turmeric
- 2 teasp Flaxseed Oil
- 2 tablesp Agave syrup
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Mix everything in blender
