2 tbsp protein powder (whey or egg white)
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk (I used Almond Milk)
1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice
The protein and flaxseed oil help your metabolism and this keeps you feeling full. It’s also very good! I think everyone will like it!
