My Weight Loss Healthy Recipes
These are the meals I’m eating now to lose weight. It’s working!
I find low cal recipes and then tweak them so I like them.
This Chocolate Blueberry Almond Smoothie is the first thing I had when I started my weight loss journey. It has ingredients that boost metabolism. It tastes really good! I was surprised. I didn’t know they could taste this good and be healthy.
The next day I had the Protein Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. If you like pumpkin pie, you’ll love this! It also has the healthy, metabolism boosting ingredient.
Here’s another Smoothie Recipe. It’s the Tangerine, Banana, Carrot one. It’s pretty darn good! I’ve made this 3 times now. So you know it must taste good!
Now I have a recipe for the Orange Cranberry Smoothie. I love the taste of the orange and cranberries!
Here’s Grilled Chicken Salad I eat at lunch a lot. I really like it and it’s helpful in losing weight, so I just keep eating it. lol I figure, why not?
Penne with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto. Believe it or not, I love this one too. I’ve had this for dinner a few times. It’s definitely a favorite of mine now.
These Beets Vegetable Chips are my favorite snack, well one of. lol I’ve always loved potato chips and now I have something to replace them. And they taste great!
Drink water every day with lemon, and add cinnamon to whatever you can. It makes things taste really good!
I also eat a protein bar, a banana and usually have a smoothie every day. Flaxseed oil helps boost metabolism so I put a little of that in almost everything. Some nights I just have a piece of baked chicken with a salad. And of course, I exercise every day for about a half hour.
