The Best and Healthiest Pizza Ever

You won’t believe how good this is, since it’s so healthy!

I never eat pizza crust, but now I make this kind and I love the crust!


Since I’m trying to lose weight, I looked this up and found a recipe for the Cauliflower crusted pizza. I thought, wait, I won’t like that. Well, I finally decided to try it and I couldn’t stop eating it! I never eat the crust when we have pizza, but this one I really do love it!

You take 2 cups of shredded cauliflower and mix it with 2 cups of low-fat mozzarella cheese and 2 eggs. I shredded the cauliflower in my Ninja shredder. That’s it! Make sure you spread it on parchment paper on your pizza pan. That way it won’t stick. I actually sprayed mine with a little coconut oil. Then bake just the crust at 450 for 15 minutes.


Take it out of the oven and add your low-fat pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni or whatever toppings you like. I added jalapenos, tomatoes and  parmesan cheese to mine. Bake another 10 mins. (maybe less)  I couldn’t stop eating this! But I had to make sure I left some for the kids. They loved it too!

I think you’ll love this. And you don’t have to feel guilty eating pizza this way! I’m going to make it again tonight. I sure hope you love it!

I never have liked making home-made pizza. The crust was always hard to spread. But this one, is totally easy! And it bakes pretty fast too.

This cauliflower crust pizza tastes better than any I've ever had! And it's totally healthy!
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cauliflower
  • 2 Cups Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Cheese low-fat for Topping
  • Pepperoni Turkey or Low Fat
  1. Use a fresh head of Cauliflower and Shred it
  2. Add 2 Cups Low Fat Mozzarella
  3. Add 2 eggs
  4. Spread on Parchment Paper on the pan
  5. Bake at 450 for 15 mins.
  6. Take out, add toppings
  7. Bake another 10 mins.
  8. ENJOY!

    I have heard of this before but never really paid attention because nothing could ever replace bread dough after all pizza is my favorite food but i have been staying away from it because hubby and i are trying to drop 20 lbs but this sounds like maybe i could enjoy a healthier version….thanks i am going to give it a try soon.
