This is one of my healthy weight-loss recipes. It's really good, at least I love it! And it's easy to make!
- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 3 teasp flaxseed oil
- 1 cup packed fresh basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ cup fresh grated parmesan
- Cook the Penne according to box directions.
- Combine the tomatoes, oil, basil, and garlic in a blender. Pulse until desired texture is reached. Stir in cheese.
- Combine Penne and sauce.
This is just one of several recipes I’ll be posting. I’m trying really hard to lose this weight. Some days it’s not all that easy, as I’m sure you know. I have missed two days of exercising. But today I’m going to for sure. I figure missing once in a while isn’t the end of the world!
I’ve done a lot of research on what boosts metabolism and what to eat and not eat to lose weight faster. So any recipes you find under my healthy ones, just know that’s what they are.
Exercising and concentrating on all this also helps with my other problems of worrying. I don’t know if you saw my addiction posts, but those are about my daughter. She’s in jail right now and she’s an addict. She was using heroin and meth, so it’s always on my mind. So if you have any worries, this can help somewhat.
